The Evolve FS is not only scrutinized by magazines, but also put through its places in tough race conditions. Demanding XC courses, long marathons, dust, rain, and deep mud - much can be simulated in the test lab, but real-world conditions are often even more demanding - for both humans and equipment.
At the beginning of the year, the Racing Community Team was founded: Nils and Timo will be racing the Evolve FS, with the ultimate goal of being able to participate in Cross Country World Cups. To give them an extra boost of motivation, their Evolve FS bikes were given a custom paint job - of course, color-coordinated with their racing jerseys.
After Nicola built the bikes for the guys, he called Timo and warned him: "I'm not keen to ride these bikes. They just look way too cool."
